Responsibilities :
- Coordinate and management of M&E works
- Review and align M&E design drawings to ensure compliance with specification and guidelines.
- Responsible for on-site technical & engineering matters and quality checks.
- Ensure M&E works are performed on time and in compliance with all necessary standards, code of practice and safety regulation.
- Coordinate with M&E sub-contractors work progress, drawings, materials, samples, method statements submission and approval.
- Coordinate M&E works with Client’s representative, consultants and sub-contractors on technical matters.
Requirements :
- Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical
- M&E Coordinator Certificate
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
