Job Description
- Develop and execute the company’s business plan and strategies to attain the short and mid-term goals aligning with Japan HQ purpose and mission.
- Organize and oversee the effective business operation, which is the management support services provided to the group companies in Asia and Oceania such as the functions of Accounting & Finance, IT, Internal Control, HR and Administration.
- Oversee the company’s financial performance, investments and other business ventures.
- Undertake strategic discussion with affiliated companies and HQ to chart the direction of specific initiative and drive improvement for management support function.
- Work with the Board to identify, develop and direct the implementation of business strategy.
- Liaise and communicate with HQ to gain an understanding on all necessary aspects and requirements.
- Ensure that all staff are effectively employed and adequately trained to execute their responsibilities and operational tasks in an ethical and responsible manner.
- Ensure that company remains compliant with all relevant regulatory and legal requirements.
Requirements
- At least 25 years of working experience of listed oil & gas company.
- At least 3 years of senior level of management in listed oil & gas company.
- At least 15 years of working experience in retail sales and sales planning section of listed oil & gas company.
- At least 3 years of working experience for governance and risk control for trading section in listed oil & gas company.
- Experience in partnering with company executive teams, board members and shareholders, while maintaining strong communication skills.
- Master Degree holders and/or above qualification of Business Administration
- Proficiency in listening, speaking, reading and writing of English and Japanese languages to carry out the job duties and have good communication with colleagues and related people.
