Audit & Accounting Manager
Job Description
Management:
1 Manage, oversee and supervise the daily transactional accounting function of the audit and accounting team, including month-end and year-end closing process and supervise the audit and accounts team. Leading team members in performing audit assignments.
2 Manage client’s accounting services:
Handle full set of accounts and prepare financial statements, GST application and quarterly filling and submission, XBRL filing and tax filing, etc.
3 Manage and schedule client’s auditing and liaison with external auditor/audit firm tax agent and company secretary.
4 Manage and schedule client’s and internal staff’s accounting and auditing training and cloud accounting management.
5 Train and manage departmental staffs, support to other departments like customer centre, corporate secretarial and auditing partner.
Advisory:
1 Provide accounting, auditing and tax advisory services to client’s specialist about tax planning and applications for tax incentives and exemptions;
2 Provide accounting, auditing and tax compliance advisory services to clients.
Others:
1 Statistical work and departmental reporting
2 Other related work arranged by General Manager
Job Requirements
1. With degree in Accountancy (ACCA member is an advantage)
2. At least 5 years of working experience in the related field, preferably as managerial position in accounting or audit firms
3. Proficient in MS office and accounting software
4 Excellent communication skills; able to multitask and meet deadlines
