2419 - Accounts Receivable Specialist [ AR // Up to $4000 // 5 days ]

• Location: Pioneer ( 2 bus stop from Joo Koon Interchange)
• Working hours: 5 days, 8:30am – 5:30pm
• Salary: $3500 - $4000

Responsibilities:

1. Collections:

• Channel your expertise in collecting payments from clients. You’re the whisperer who turns overdue accounts into harmonious settlements.
• 
  
• Make those collection calls with finesse, balancing assertiveness with empathy, navigate delicate conversations and build bridges.

1. Financial:

• Dive into accounts receivable aging reports. Identify overdue payments, follow up, and ensure timely resolution.
• 
  
• Reconcile customer accounts, uncover discrepancies, and resolve billing disputes.

1. Invoicing:

• Generate and dispatch invoices promptly, ensuring clients receive accurate bills.
• 
  
• Handle incoming payments via checks, electronic transfers, or credit cards.

1. Reporting:

• Prepare financial statements, highlight accounts receivable status, trends, and opportunities.
• 
  
• Collaborate with management to strategize based on data-driven insights.

1. Client:

• Communicate with clients via phone, email, provide exceptional service, answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years in accounts receivable, with a proven track record of successful collections.
