Key responsibilities:
• Developing new customers and maintaining a strong customer base.
• Vessels from MR tankers to LR2s
• Ensuring high performance, on time delivery and superior customer service.
• Researching the market and adapting to volatile conditions
• Negotiating voyage charters/charter parties on spot/COA basis
• Must be a great team player with positive interpersonal skillset to work as a team
To be considered for this role you will have:
- 1+ years' experience as a Tanker Broker.
- Have a portfolio of business that you can bring across with you.
- Experience fixing clean and dirty petroleum Tankers.
- A self-driven mentality.
- Meticulous
- good negotiation skills
- able to articulate ideas and communicate effectively
- entrepreneurial spirit is desirable
- strong drive to achieve good result
- Fluent in English
