Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Billing and Admin Executive at SH Cogent Logistics Pte Ltd in Singapore. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as managing billing processes, providing administrative support and coordinating with building tenants.
- Prepare monthly sales/cost forecast and accrual
- Assist in P&L preparation and report analysis
- Overseas warehouse monthly budget forecast and outsource related matters
- Perform monthly billing to customers
- Issue memorandums to customers on administrative, safety, facility matters
- Handle customer’s billing inquiries and discuss with customers on preferred approaches
- Advise Customer Service personnel on billing procedures for new customers
- Handle auditors’ queries on billing procedures if any
- Adhere to all company rules and regulations including safety rules
- Any other duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time
Requirements:
- Diploma holders in accounts, business or related field
- Meticulous and able to meet timeline
- Experience in billing processes
- Knowledge in third-party warehousing or logistics field is a plus
