HR & Admin Assistant

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all HR functions, including handling the full spectrum of HR activities.
  • Manage the application, renewal, and cancellation of foreign worker passes.
  • Assist with recruitment tasks, such as job postings and interview scheduling.
  • Prepare all employment-related documents, including contracts and letters.
  • Coordinate on-boarding and off-boarding processes, as well as staff orientation.
  • Design, implement, and oversee the staff appraisal system.
  • Organize corporate events and activities.
  • Process claims from government bodies, such as maternity, childcare leave, NSmen, and other statutory claims.
  • Prepare and file IR8A and IR21 forms.
  • Manage employee recruitment, induction, training, transfers, resignations, and establish and maintain personnel files.
  • Ensure the confidentiality and legal compliance of company affairs, including the safekeeping and proper use of important documents and seals.
  • Develop and assist with the creation of company positions, supporting various departments in optimising manpower to meet operational and management needs.
  • Perform additional ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

  • A Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
