Key Responsibilities:
Graphic Creation:
- Develop high-quality graphics and infographics to illustrate architectural concepts, project details, and data visualization.
- Design and produce graphical elements for project reports, proposals, and marketing materials.
- Create visual content that aligns with the brand and aesthetic standards of the architecture office.
Graphical Layouts:
- Design and layout architectural documents, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Ensure consistency and cohesiveness in the visual presentation of all documents and materials.
- Work closely with architects and other team members to understand project requirements and translate them into visually appealing layouts.
Presentations:
- Develop and design engaging and informative presentations for client meetings, project pitches, and internal reviews.
- Use visual storytelling techniques to enhance the communication of complex architectural ideas.
- Assist in preparing presentation materials that are clear, concise, and visually appealing.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with architects, project managers, and other team members to understand project goals and requirements.
- Provide creative input and suggestions to enhance the visual aspects of projects.
- Communicate effectively to ensure that all visual content meets project objectives and timelines.
Software Proficiency:
- Utilize graphic design software (such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and other relevant tools) to create high-quality visuals.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design output.
Quality Assurance:
- Review and proofread all visual content to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Maintain high standards of design and visual consistency across all projects.
Qualifications:
- Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably within an architecture or design firm.
- Strong portfolio showcasing proficiency in graphic design, layout, and presentation design.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
