Job Description
· Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to manage picking and delivery/collection of goods to ensure on-time delivery to customers
· Ensure that documentation is complete for all transactions and filing of documents is timely
· Receiving of finished goods, raw materials and Company’s miscellaneous purchases
· Updating and processing of required transactions in SAP system
· Collate and analyse data and prepare periodic and ad-hoc reports
· Collate and submit overtime, incentives for the team
· Conduct stock check and bi-annual stock take
· Manage the department’s drums, stationery, tools, diesel inventory, vehicles
· Assist in maintaining safety and housekeeping of areas under the care of Store department
Requirements
· Diploma in any discipline with at least 2 years of logistics/warehousing experience
· Proficient in MS Office suite of applications
· Meticulous and has good interpersonal and communications skills
· Able to manage and make impromptu decisions in a fast-paced working environment
