We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Pricing Inventory Assistant Manager to join our team in Singapore.


Position Overview

The Pricing Inventory Assistant Manager will be responsible for optimizing revenue through strategic inventory management, yield management, and competitive analysis. The ideal candidate will have a background in the cruise industry, traditional Online Travel Agencies (OTAs), or hotels.


Key Responsibilities:

Revenue Optimization:

  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Monitor and adjust pricing strategies based on market demand and competition.

Inventory Management:

  • Monitor and Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal availability and minimize overstock.
  • Make informed decisions on when to increase product purchases based on demand forecasts and sales trends.

Yield Management:

  • Analyze and adjust yield strategies to ensure the best possible return on inventory.
  • Implement pricing tactics to capitalize on market trends and seasonal variations.

Competitive Analysis:

  • Conduct regular competitor analysis to stay informed of market conditions and competitor pricing strategies.
  • Maintain a comprehensive competitor database to support strategic decision-making.

Preferred Background:

  • Experience in the cruise industry, traditional OTAs, or hotels.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
  • Ability to adapt to rapidly changing market conditions and consumer behavior.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in revenue management, yield management, or a related role.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
