Job Description & Requirements:
- Perform invoice processing and data entry in MYOB accounting software timely.
- Perform AR/AP reporting activities on the go.
- Experienced in book keeping.
- Able to handle full set of accounts.
- Liaise with customer/suppliers on monthly statement and reconciliation issues.
- Perform other accounting duties as assigned
- Provide administrative support such as filing etc.
Requirements :
- LCCI/Diploma/Degree in Accounting or equivalent
- Possess positive working attitude, self-motivated and able to meet deadlines
- Good team player
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice will be preferred
Working hours:
Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm
