Looking for Java Fullstack for a banking client; requirements are as follows:
• Hands-on technical lead with 10/12+ Years of experience developing and designing high performance designs for Java and Full Stack applications.
• Strong in designing solutions as well as write code to implement such designs.
• Coordinate with multiple teams across the project for implementing generic solutions / utility framework and take full ownership of E2E delivery.
• Work as a lead to monitor, review and take ownership of team’s code implementation. Able to tackle scenario/situation and mitigate the problem.
• Need Technically and functionally sound lead who must participate in all phases of the development. This will include ensuring requirements are understood by developers / impact analysis / appropriate high level & low level designs are created & reviewed / ensuring quality coding / ensuring code reviews / ensuring appropriate source controls are followed / ensuring all required artifacts are included in the build & deployment
• Should be self-driven with less/no dependency.
Mandatory Certification
Oracle Certified Professional Java SE 8 Programmer OR Oracle Certified Professional Java SE 11 Developer
