Responsibilities
- Lead the partnership with our regional Sales Partners to deliver against a specified and defined quarterly revenue quota for APAC markets
- Own, build, develop and manage the sales strategies to drive business growth via our Sales Partner teams. Be the key point of contact for the Sales Partner relationship, maintain and deepen the collaboration
- Develop and maintain sales forecast through regular assessment of the business, drive weekly sales meetings to unblock revenue, track initiatives and potential opportunities with our Sales Partners
- Achieve revenue targets through effective bottoms up planning, defining sales goals, analyzing data on past performance, and projecting future performance in a dynamic business environment
- Enable the sales partner to develop best-in-class sales teams and incentives to grow our business with Enterprise level and mid market advertisers and agencies in the region.
- Work with cross functional teams to build cohesive partnerships with all the internal stakeholders, including product specialists, sales operations, revenue finance, policy, legal, brand strategists, research, measurement and marketing
- Strategically execute the deal terms with Sales Partners including marketing activities, agency deal payouts and other co-owned initiatives
- Drive and input all the partnership deals with our agency partners that help to drive year over year revenue growth and new advertiser acquisition
- Assist sales partners with onboarding, set up, training, tools, troubleshooting and escalations on a daily basis
- Be a strong bridge between X and Sales Partner teams, communicating effectively and sharing updates to empower these teams in conducting sales activities
Basic Requirements
- 6+ years of professional experience in digital media sales, online advertising, sales leadership or media agency experience
- Proven experience in sales, delivering revenue and leading sales teams, O&O or sales partners
- Well-acquainted with the Sales Partner (Reseller) advertising model in Southeast Asia markets and India
- A data-driven leader with the ability to lead teams against sales quota in large and mid market advertiser cohorts. Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Excellent presentation skills and a demonstrated track record of leading and inspiring others.
- Experience in process management, operations management, and understanding how to grow and scale businesses.
- Ability to extract insights from data to inform strategic decisions and translate them into action plans
- Entrepreneurial and comfortable working in a scrappy environment. Self starter, willing to learn and try new processes
- Experience working with Agencies/Resellers is a plus
- Fluent in Salesforce, Tableau, Excel, and other sales productivity software
- Comfortable with 30% of travel time
- BA/BS degree
