Job Requirements :
- Minimum of 5 years experience working as a butcher, with at least 2 years in supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of meat cuts and preparation methods, as well as health and safety regulations
- Ability to manage inventory and order supplies as needed
- Excellent communication skill to effectively train and manage a team of butchers
- Attention to detail to ensure high quality of products and minimize waste
Job Description :
- Manage the daily operations of the butchery department
- Prepare and cut diffirent types of meat including beef,poultry and seafood for sale
- Order inventory and supplies to maintained and in good working condition
- Ensure the freshness and quality of meat products by inspecting them for any signs of spoilage or damge
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Train new employees and provide ongoing training foor current staff
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Assist with inventory management and rotation of stock to minimize waste
