Senior HR Executive

The Senior HR Executive is responsible for performing HR-related duties at a professional level and will work closely with the Head of Human Resources. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: recruitment/employment, onboarding, policy proposals, benefits, employee relations, and employee law compliance.

As a Senior HR Executive, you support our organization’s quality, safety, and environmental management system in the process of continuous improvement. In this regard, you assume responsibility and accountability for supporting and coaching any staff under your care.

Your responsibilities as Senior HR Executive are:

  • Assist and oversee day-to-day HR operations.
  • Assist with recruitment processes.
  • Manage the company's benefit program, including insurance coverage.
  • Schedule and coordinate onboarding assignments and training sessions.
  • Compile and process employee documentation, keeping the database up to date.
  • Assist with the formulation and communication of policies and procedures, ensuring legal compliance.
  • Assist with the management of the performance appraisal system.
  • Maintain the Job/Training Matrix while managing the training needs of the employees.

Your qualities
You can make your mark as Senior HR Executive if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, Business Administration, or related field, with additional certificates in the Human Resource field being advantageous.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in Human Resource Management.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English with excellent communication skills.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the Employment Act and Singapore Work Pass rules/processes, with an interest in keeping updated with changes to Singapore Labor Laws.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, confident and assertive, able to work independently with good decision-making skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
