Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for driving sales growth for all company products products and services in your region
- Your goal will be to increase market share for products and services throughout Singapore and neighboring areas by surpassing established sales targets and cultivating new customer relationships.
- Represent the company in the regional market with professionalism and integrity, enhancing our reputation as the preferred supplier of high-quality packaging solutions.
- Stay informed about developments in the industrial packaging market within your region, including competitor activities, to support sustained sales growth.
- Build, maintain, and deepen customer relationships while identifying market trends, needs, and opportunities to convert them into successful business outcomes.
- Establish ambitious targets, implement effective strategies, and lead development initiatives for the sales teams.
Requirements
- Minimum Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 2-3 years experience preferably in Sales and Marketing role of an Industrial product. Serving customer in the following industry segments Chemicals, Food, Oleo Chemicals, Petrochemicals or Petroleum segments.
- Candidate with Packaging Manufacturing experience being used for Chemicals, Food, Oleo Chemicals, Petrochemicals or Petroleum segments preferred.
- Candidate with Plastic Moulding Experience is an advantage
