Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business development strategies that align with the company's goals.
- Collect and analyze market and segment data on customers, competitors, and key market factors to shape business objectives and aid decision-making.
- Foster and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure ongoing satisfaction, including acquiring, developing, and retaining new clients.
- Evaluate risks and opportunities in the renewable energy sector and electrical engineering for potential new business.
- Follow up on leads and organize site visits.
- Prepare and present proposals to prospects and clients.
- Coordinate with the Tender team to manage the proposal response process, including preparing detailed tender and bid documents.
- Collaborate with other relevant support teams as needed to implement the marketing plan.
Requirements:
- Demonstrates a keen interest and enthusiasm for the renewable energy and energy sectors.
- Possesses strong leadership qualities, excellent organizational and coordination skills, and effective interpersonal abilities.
- Self-driven and collaborative, capable of leading assigned projects while supporting colleagues in their respective tasks.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
