- Achieve personal sales target as well as outlet sales target through proactive sales activities.
- Ensure a high level of service quality and total customer satisfaction.
- Able to handle customer's request and enquiries professionally via phone, social media, or walk-in.
- Identify, recommend and promote appropriate treatments and products to customers’ needs.
- Promote and explain salon’s treatments / treatment benefits to customers.
- Comfortable to communicate and build a good relationship and rapport with customers/internal team members.
- Organize employees’ shifts, considering peak times and seasonality
- Order beauty products, like creams and essential oils and replenish stock
- Arrange for regular maintenance services for all equipment
- Apply hygiene practices across all beauty stations
- Ensure all beauty treatments meet high-quality standards
- Keep updated records of costs and revenues (e.g. daily, monthly and quarterly)
