Job Description
- Conduct post-lending reviews of the loan portfolio as per the annual Loan Review plan.
- Collaborate with business units to resolve credit opinion differences and develop mutually beneficial solutions that enhance the Bank's credit risk management.
- Identify and report credit-related issues, providing recommendations aligned with credit policies to improve risk management.
- Work with business units to develop and implement management action plans addressing loan review observations, ensuring timely reporting.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within a bank.
