Introduction :
The job involves process integration and device development for high voltage BCD processes. Candidate should have good knowledge of semiconductor device physics and CMOS process technology. Exposure to device design, fabrication or characterization will be added advantage. Good communication skills and teamwork are necessary for this job.
Your Job
- Support engineering splits execution for high voltage process development.
- Own process development lots and conduct DOEs under the guidance of senior team members
- Device electrical testing and report generation
- Work with fab module engineers & other cross-functional teams.
- Support failure analysis and other characterization works.
Job Requirements
- Degree/master’s in electrical engineering/Electronics/Physics/Material Science
- Fluency in English Language – written & verbal.
- Position open to new graduates with no prior experience
