Job Description:
- Ensure all warranty claims are submitted according to Brand warranty policies and procedures
- Manage of daily workshop operations (Job Card /Technical Queries /Load Management & Clocking)
- Provide support for flying doctor and service
- Administer of parts stock ordering/ back-order, aging and logistics to support workshop operations
- Administer of service packages and brand compliance (Product Technical Updates, Workshop Tools & Equipment)
- Any other tasks assigned by your superior
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma with at least 3 years of relevant experience
- Familiar with manufacturer warranty system will be an added advantage
- Positive attitude towards fostering teamwork
- Proficient in MS Office
Additional comments:
- The candidate must possess experience in submission of warranty to the factory instead of internally.
