About the Team: The founding team, with experience from one of the top 3 exchanges, brings deep expertise and hands-on knowledge to the table.
Product Manager
Responsibilities:
- Plan and build trading platforms and financial products, focusing on innovation and quality.
- Collaborate with team on developing key features like contract trading, wallet accounts, and risk management systems, ensuring they work smoothly together.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor actions, and help identify ways to grow our user base in financial trading.
- Gather feedback from users and internal teams to continuously improve the product, making sure it meets business goals and user needs.
- Coordinate with development, testing, and operations teams to ensure smooth product launches and effective communication.
- Monitor product performance and use data to make informed decisions that enhance the user experience and solve any issues.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of financial derivatives and trading platforms, with the ability to work well in a team and provide valuable user-focused insights.
- 5+ years of product management experience, including 2 years in DEX / CEX for trading products, with a solid grasp of the trading ecosystem.
- Experience in designing futures trading products, with knowledge of trading, user services, risk management, and clearing processes.
- A user-centered mindset, with the ability to collaborate on creating products that are easy to use and effective.
- Clear thinking and attention to detail, with the ability to help shape the overall product vision.
- A dedicated team player who is willing to commit fully and go the extra mile to ensure team success and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
