Job Summary:
- Manage daily production line operations, adhering to production schedules and closely monitoring progress.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure production safety and discipline, manage 6S in the production area, and support health and safety programs.
- Allocate resources on the production line, implement regulations, and calculate HC, overtime, and output requirements.
- Supervise and train employees following working instructions.
- Provide feedback on process issues and maintain product quality.
- Manage material placement with clear labels and track materials.
- Follow effective instructions for all operations.
- Maintain production line records and documents.
- Propose kaizen suggestions to improve efficiency.
- Perform daily equipment and fixture maintenance.
- Handle other assignments as assigned by superiors.
- Execute line clearance procedures.
Education/Experience and Qualifications:
- GCE “O” level or higher with at least 2 years of assembly experience, preferably in the medical device industry.
