- Responsible for driving loan growth and expanding the lender's customer base
- Identifying target markets, understanding customer needs, and analyzing industry trends.
- Prospecting for new clients, building relationships with potential borrowers, and generating loan opportunities.
- Presenting loan products, negotiating terms, and closing deals.
- Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Gathering and assessing loan applications, ensuring compliance with lending policies.
- Tracking sales performance, preparing reports, and analyzing sales data.
Requirements:
- Experience in commercial banking, SME lending, or relationship management, with a focus on business development and credit analysis is a plus
