Our client, an established company in the healthcare industry, is seeking for a passionate and suitable candidate to join the team!
Job Responsibilities:
- Support director and the team in administrative duties
- Manage and support the director in managing her calendar
- Consolidate and manage the team's returns and asset allocation; Coordinate and track any repair with the IT/ Maintenance team
- Monitor and track expense and support documents
- Track team's welfare fund and usage
- Process monthly transport/ expense claims
- General support to teams for office admin resources
- Collate team’s attendance/ representation at company’s events
- Other relevant administrative duties as required
Job Requirements:
- Diploma and above in any discipline
- 2 years’ experience as a Team Administration
- Experience in complex calendar management is advantageous
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient In MS Office
