Job Summary:
- Tasked with the stewardship of Learning & Development and Diversity & Inclusion, the Lead for Employee Experience and Engagement in Asia is dedicated to enhancing interconnectivity, upholding our organisational ethos, and mirroring our principles. The role demands a strategic approach to formulating, refining, and rolling out instructional frameworks and developmental solutions across the company, with a targeted responsibility towards the Asian sector.
- Collaborating with the Global Head of Employee Experience and Engagement, HR Business Partners, and other key figures, you will design educational agendas and developmental projects that bolster the organisation’s objectives, addressing both universal and department-specific requirements. Additionally, you’ll engage with and make meaningful contributions to the DE&I committees in Asia.
Job Requirements:
- 7 years minimum experience in Human Resources or consulting, under the field of Learning and Development and Diversity and inclusion, ideally in financial services.
- Up to date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of learning and development strategies.
- Able to collaborate and build trusted relationships with key internal stakeholders to surface insights and areas of focus.
- Experienced and strong in program management, execution and managing multiple priorities.
- Experienced in ensuring global consistency and working effectively across a global team.
