Job Description
- Create training plans based on what staff need to learn.
- Keep track of all training progress, keep accurate records, and make sure everything follows our rules and the law.
- Organize training to make sure everyone knows what they need to do and can do it well.
- Make sure licenses and certifications are always up-to-date so our work isn't interrupted.
- Help with training grants so we get the money we need.
- Stay updated on how to train people best and what's new in our industry.
- Assign numbers for procedure changes so we can manage them well.
- Keep all our documents in the computer and make sure they're easy to find.
- Follow all the rules for quality and safety in our work.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirement
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in any field, with a preference for engineering.
- Ideally possess 2 years of relevant experience within the engineering domain.
- Demonstrate adeptness in interfacing with diverse stakeholders with minimal supervision.
- Exhibit strong presentation, oral and written communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Dedicated to meeting deadlines and fulfilling assigned duties promptly.
- Competent in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint applications.
- Possession of ITE TTT or WSQ ATCA/ACLP certifications is advantageous.
- Have a safety mindset and display good workplace safety behavior.
- Be a part of the CERT team and be actively involved in emergency responses whenever called upon
