Job Description
To perform administrative duties in a established local recycling company
Detailed Responsibilities
- Assist the manager in daily operational matters
- Attend phone enquiry
- Sending/receiving emails, drafting letters, etc.
- Coordinate between office and drivers
- Issue invoices and record purchases
- Other ad hoc duties assigned by the management
Requirements
- Minimum O level
- Able to get along with team members
- Independent & Meticulous
- Good command in MS Office
- To work 44 hours per week (Mon to Fri: 9am-6pm, Sat: 9am-1pm)
- Work place at west area, candidates stay at Jurong West/Boon Lay will be more convenient
- Experience in recycling company will be an advantage
