We are looking for candidate to support HR and payroll function of a beauty company.
Responsibilities may include but not limited to:
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Coordinate recruitment processes and facilitate the onboarding of new hires.
- Employee Relations: Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries and assist in resolving HR-related issues.
- Performance Management: Support performance appraisal procedures and provide feedback to employees and managers.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs and organize development programs to enhance employee skills.
- HR Administration: Manage HR documentation and assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Employee Payroll: Oversee payroll processing activities, ensuring accurate and timely payment to employees, calculating commissions, and handling all employee inquiries related to payroll and commissions.
- Employee Relations: Act as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries and provide assistance on HR-related matters. Aid in resolving employee grievances, conflicts, and concerns in accordance with company policies.
- Administer and maintain leave records for all employees, including annual leave, sick leave, and other types of leave, while also handling all Ministry of Manpower (MOM)-related matters such as work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and endorsements, and coordinating and participating in government surveys and data submissions, ensuring compliance and accurate reporting.
- Managing any other HR-related tasks such as employee insurance, employee records management, documentation, filing, and other duties
Requirements
- Minimum qualification of a diploma or degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or an interest in pursuing Human Resource Management
- Strong command of English & Mandarin with good communications, writing and interpersonal skills
- Able to translate English HR communications to Mandarin due to high proportion of Mandarin-speaking staff

- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
