We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Management Trainee to join our school. As a Management Trainee, you will be responsible for the development, implementation, and management of all aspects of the student care centre.
You will be a Management Trainee for 2 years before being promoted to be the Centre Manager.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Business Management or any relevant certifications
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Able to converse in English and/or Mandarin
- Prior management experience and/or working with kids would be an advantage
- Strong IT computer skills and MS Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time and people management skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to work under pressure
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Job description:
- Complete all tasks and day-to-day operations
- Perform all related duties assigned by the director
- Manage the social media platform and broacasting the brand
- Supervises child care personnel and manage operations of the centre
- Assist in administrative work
- Work with staff to develop a holistic and developmentally appropriate early childhood curriculum
- Plan and direct work within the centre such as timetables and lesson content
- Maintain a safe and healthy learning environment in the centre
