Job Scopes:
1. Greet visitors and direct them to the correct person or department
2. Register all guests clearly and promptly. Guest must sign-in the register receipt upon check-in.
3. Answer enquiries in person or by phone
4. Provide or send out Singapore tourist attraction information.
5. Manage a booking system.
6. Assist to inform company of any shortage in office supplies.
7. Assist in other related clerical duties such as filing and arranging hotel rooms for booking.
8. Fully Understand Singapore Tourism Board Requirement
9. All daily collection must be handed over after every shift promptly.
10. No cheating or stealing of cash collection/ Company property. If found, employment will be terminated immediately and you will hand over to the authorities.
Requirement:
1. Minimum educational level is NiTec or equivalence
2. Minimum 1 to 2 years related workng industry experiences
3. Must has a pleasant personality, and williness to serve customers
4. Must prepare and willing to do rotational shift
