To report to Sales Manager
- Receive and process customer orders accurstely in a timely manner
- Verify order details, includig pricing, quantities, and delivery information
- Liaise with kitchen & logistics departments to ensure orders are fulfilled correctly
- Key in sales orders and print collaterals for upcoming events
- Serves as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing product/service information
- Respond promptly to client emails, calls, and mesages
- Assist in resolving customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Assist the Sales Manager in preparing sales quotations, proposals, and presentations
- Coordinate sales meetings and appointments, including managing calendars and scheduling
Skills/Qualifications
- Minimum one year of experience in telemarketing, customer service or other related experience
Outgoing, cheerful, and self-motivated
- Able to work in a fast-pace environment
- Team player and good customer service skills
