We are seeking a Digital Success Manager (DSM) to provide ongoing training and operational support for our client’s free digital learning platform and partner organizations during the onboarding, activation, implementation, and growth of the program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the regional team in performing market research in the Japan market.
- Assist the Implementation Manager (IM) and local Corporate Social Responsibility Managers (CSRMs) to drive digital program delivery and execute implementation plans to meet partner and country targets.
- Communicate with the local team and counterparts in Japan to gather insights and provide partner operational support, including platform demos, learner engagement, interventions, community activities, and webinars to ensure the success of their digital learning platform program.
- Deliver partner onboarding and ongoing training.
- Share in-depth knowledge of the portfolio and platform with partners.
- Help partners identify key competencies, training, and activities needed to activate and engage their learners and meet program impact needs.
- Work with partners to build communities, identify volunteering opportunities, and highlight learner success stories.
- Support partners and the client’s marketing and communications campaigns.
- Play an active role in the global team and DSM community, regularly meeting to support each other with questions, enablement, and sharing best practices.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Experience in teaching or training delivery and creating learning/skills development plans.
- Experience delivering digital (online) learning platforms.
- Knowledge of new technology fields such as AI, Cybersecurity, Data, Cloud, Software Development, and key employability skills for entry-level employment in these fields.
- Comfortable leveraging an expert network.
- Familiarity with the challenges of digital upskilling for employment, job markets, and regional job market demand.
- A general understanding of academic establishments, non-profit enterprises, NGOs, and training providers, especially those focused on employment and upskilling.
- A global perspective, enjoyment in building trusted relationships, and collaborating across teams.
- Can easily adapt to different environments and cultiures
- Good presentation and online facilitation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in presenting to senior figures and delivering training.
- Customer/partner relationship skills.
- Some project delivery experience.
- Drive, self-motivation, and robust organizational skills, as the role involves working from home (or the office when needed) as part of a large virtual team.
- Business proficiency (spoken and written) in Japanese (Min. JLPT N2 or equivalent certification), as the role involves direct interaction with Japanese regional development teams and counterparts.
