Key Tasks / Responsibilities:
- Strategic Mills Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with mills to enhance business opportunities.
- Domestic Sales (particularly with CNOOC):
- Manage a team of 2 Business Development Managers (BDMs) focusing on domestic sales.
- Work with Strategic Mill Partners or channels in Central Asia to drive sales growth.
- Breakthrough in Chinese CCUS and/or Geothermal:
- Lead efforts to penetrate the Chinese Carbon Capture, Utilization, and Storage (CCUS) market and/or the geothermal sector, as well as other relevant decarbonization activities.
- Oversee Customer Service and Customer's Project Teams in Wuxi:
- Manage a team of 4 direct reports to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and project success.
- Asia Pacific Executive Team:
- Be an active member of the Asia Pacific Executive Team.
- Responsible for yearly budget planning, participate in strategy meetings and conduct monthly operations reviews.
