Responsibilities
- Contributing to Infra delivery development and goals specified in the project charter.
- Responsible for the support of all technical infrastructure delivery for application projects, dotted line reporting to the ITPM for projects specific.
- Ensures all infrastructure delivery as specified in the BoM, design document is being met by evaluating the ongoing effectiveness of current environment, proposed solution and aligning to the organisation security framework.
- Accountable for coordination, status reporting and ensure the technical infrastructure and system resources all are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high quality standards and meet project teams’ expectations.
- Responsible for tracking key project milestones and adjusting project plans and/or resources to meet the needs of project team, adhering to governance and security policies.
- Coordinates communication with all areas of the enterprise that impact the scope, budget, risk, and resources of the work effort being managed.
- Excellent vendor management.
- Exposure to multi-vendor & multi-cultural IT infrastructure delivery.
- Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.
- Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.
- Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.
Our Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or similar areas.
- Minimum 7 years of IT service delivery (solutions) and client experience in a structured project management culture environment.
- Must have proven experience in managing large Contract and vendor management by identifying the contract parameters that have material impact to program deliveries. Build formal and informal partnerships in order to ensure program dependencies are coordinated and executed and economic objectives of the contracted program are met.
- Familiarity with multiple types of Networks, UNIX and Windows servers and associated operating systems, Data Center resources provisioning (e.g. port mapping and cabling requirements, VM resources) and good experience with network infrastructure technologies.
- Technical skills with industry certification is a plus. (Cloud technologies, Data Center, Redhat, VMWare in specifics).
- Have mandatory experience on AS400 projects.
- Have experience working in FSI, showing good security and knowledge in executing work.
- Has a good aptitude to foster good communication and managed well in relationship.
- Able to accept to work in a Vendor to Client environment with integrity.
- Ability to work in highly process driven and outsourced work environment.
- Must possess Agile skillset and navigate around challenges.
- Professional experience facilitating cross-functional team efforts.
