The Role:

The Sourcing Manager will lead Sustenir’s portfolio strategy in line with our Superfoods strategy. Leveraging the rich network of partners globally, the Sourcing Manager is responsible for bringing in the best that the world has to offer to expand Sustenir's portfolio of superfoods.
Main Responsibilities
• Lead sourcing strategy and oversee sourcing from strategic sources to develop new revenue streams
• Jointly develop portfolio to source with commercial team
• Develop new revenue streams through channel development for new portfolio
• Work with partner farms to ensure sourced fresh products are within pre-agreed specifications
• Ensure end-to-end supply chain of products from sourcing country into market of sales
• Inventory management of sourced products
Who you are:
· 10+ years of supply chain experience in retail or agri-technology industry
· Experience in handling fresh produce and associated quality compliance is an advantage
· Experience in managing logistics is an advantage
· Clear track record of results delivery, building winning plans and excellence in execution
· Strong analytical skills to use marketing and sales data to improve marketing performance and generate sales
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Must be energetic and hands-on to take on new and challenging tasks and to have worked well with very limited resources and a strong sense of accountability.
· Independent team member who is able to manage your own timelines and deliverables within tight timelines
· Ability and maturity to take decisions and make recommendations to commercial team on portfolio
· Well versed upstream and downstream in retail and HORECA
Preferable Nationality: Singaporean / Singapore PR preferred

Reporting into: Co-Chief Executive Officer
