Work Location: Need to roam to different Project sites
Working hours: Normal working hours
You’ll break new ground by:
- Review customer specifications, technical documents, and product requirements for key projects.
- Prepare comprehensive engineering documents, including drawing packages, equipment submittals, and testing specifications.
- Create system one-line diagrams and determine the most cost-effective technology solutions for customers.
- Evaluate tender specifications and select sensors and control valves.
- Develop project execution plans and cost estimates according to customer requirements.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and liabilities.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams, support project turnover, assist in bid strategies, coordinate with vendors, conduct inspections, and drive process improvements throughout the project lifecycle.
You’d describe yourself as:
- Having a Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Advanced Diploma in Building Automation and Services or relevant
- Possessing at least 3 years of experience in a technical role, which may involve system design, HVAC design, commissioning, or installation.
- Having industry knowledge of Controls systems, Chilled water systems, and Chiller Plant optimization (Green Mark) design and installation requirements.
- Having strong organizational skills, particularly in managing large engineering submittal packages.
- Possessing excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with internal and external customers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. AutoCAD experience is a plus.
- Having the ability to set and manage priorities, work across various functions and departments, and advantageous experience in mega projects (e.g., LTA Railway), Data Centers, Medical, or Pharmaceutical
