About Hinomi:

Hinomi is a growing company specializing in Ergonomic Lifetsyle Design & Solution.

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Google and Meta Ads Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing our online advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook) platforms to drive growth and maximize ROI.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Campaign Management:

- Develop and execute advanced Google Ads and Meta campaigns, including search, display, video, and social media ads.

- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize ad spend and improve ROI.

- Conduct A/B testing to identify the most effective ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies.

2. Strategy and Planning:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive advertising strategies aligned with business goals.

- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising, particularly within Google and Meta platforms.

- Identify new opportunities for growth and expansion in paid media channels.

3. Analytics and Reporting:

- Utilize analytics tools to track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversion rates.

- Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders, highlighting campaign performance and recommending improvements.

- Set up and maintain conversion tracking to accurately measure the impact of ad campaigns.

4. Budget Management:

- Manage and allocate budgets effectively across various campaigns to ensure maximum efficiency and ROI.

- Work with the finance team to forecast and plan advertising spend.

5. Team Leadership and Collaboration:

- Mentor and guide junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices.

- Collaborate with other departments, such as content, design, and development, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

- A good bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

- At least 5+ years of experience in managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, with a proven track record of driving successful results.

- In-depth knowledge and understanding of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and related tools.

- Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, and other reporting tools.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Certification in Google Ads and/or Facebook Blueprint is a plus.
