Job Description:
- Handle documentation for all shipments and plan for collection/delivery in order to meet cut-off timing.
- Preparing and processing of shipments
- Follow-up with customers on shipment status, building good customer relationship and assist on customers’ request.
- Maintain regular contact/rapport in understanding and forecasting customer's requirements.
- Responsible to close all job files promptly to meet month end closing of accounts.
- Ability to ensure that KPIs are met.
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the company
Job Requirements:
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level / ‘N’ Level / ITE
- At least 1 - 2 years of operations experience is preferred
- Freight forwarding knowledge is preferred
- Working experience in logistics, freight and delivery services industry is preferred.
- Good working knowledge for MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Proficient in English and Mandarin to communicate with Chinese speaking business partners
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to commit for overtime when required
- Knowledge of Sysfreight will be an added advantage.
Compensation:
- Working location: Changi, Singapore
- Working hours: Monday to Friday (8.30am to 5.30pm /9am to 6pm)
