Our client is an established commodities trading house and they are currently looking for a Finance and Accounting Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and record journal entries in SAP B1 for monthly financial closings based on FRS standards.
- Handle the complete set of accounts, encompassing derivatives and tax submissions.
- Compile the annual financial report for review and approval by the company board.
- Prepare and deliver the reporting package to the Group Accounting team in HQ.
- Oversee local statutory accounts and ensure adherence to regulatory and tax compliance requirements.
- Manage financial operations and controls, including cash flow and banking transactions.
- Assist in generating the monthly management report, including analysis of project revenue, profits, and cash flow.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, or a related field
- At least 8 years of relevant experience, prior experience working in oil and gas trading industry would be an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, cash flow management and regulatory compliance.
- Experienced in accounting software SAP B1.
- Self-motivated individual, able to work independently
- Excellent communication skills.
