RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Admin
- Perform day to day administrative support for the company and various departments including Retail Operations, Warehouse and Head Office.
- Source for quotations and liaise with existing and potential vendors or suppliers for all non-trade items, office and warehouse equipment.
- Use Non-Trade System to process, coordinate and issues for retail outlet or individual staff requisition for non-trade items.
- Check, verify and maintain the accuracy of non-trade items inventory system database.
- Deal with contractor and vendors for office and outlet facilities service and maintenance.
- Replenish order for pantry stuff, toiletries products and cleaning tools.
- Responsible for routine service and maintenance for company vehicles, forklift, reach truck, and other warehouse equipment.
- Arrange vehicles for LTA inspection and process vehicle’s road tax and insurance renewal.
