Descriptions:
- Handle day to day shipment arrangement included preparation of Invoice/PL, booking flight/vessel,
- Co-ordinate pick up/delivery between users and forwarder.
- Check the inventory of empty caddy/used materials or upon trigger by requestor to book the flight /vessel accordingly after confirming with consignee.
- Prepare the Invoice/Packing list, etc for goods collection/export
- Coordinate the collection or arrange for 3rd party packing before exportation.
- Preparation of Tax Invoice/Credit/Debit Note, etc.
- Assist buyer to process some of Purchase Order/follow up with delivery.
- Any other as assigned by superior.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Supply Chain Management/ Procurement & Material Management/ Procurement & Supply Management / any disciplines
- 1-2 years’ experience in logistic/supply chain/import & Export
- Proficient in MS Excel/Word
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, verbal and written
- Able to work well under pressure with a positive mindset.
