Overview:
- The primary responsibility is to oversee the development of English language educational content for children, including videos and animated characters.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage projects for creating educational content aimed at teaching English to children.
- Direct the development of video content, including overseeing storyboarding and production.
- Prepare and present weekly and monthly progress reports, manage budgets, and track expenditures.
- Conduct regular project reviews and set monthly goals based on performance metrics and evaluations.
- Strategize and execute content distribution across multiple platforms, including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Work closely with a team of designers, animators, and other content creators to ensure high-quality output.
- Analyze content performance and audience feedback to continuously refine and improve content.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Digital Media, Media Production, Communications, Educational Technology, or a related field.
- Proven minimum 4-5 years of experience managing content channels on platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Experience in creating educational content for children, with a strong understanding of child-friendly content development.
- Excellent communication skills with a demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
- Proficiency in content creation tools and software, including video editing and animation tools.
- Strong analytical skills to assess content performance and implement data-driven improvements.
