Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain strategic partnership with HQ teams to secure the investments and be responsible for the local team’s growth, maintain the team morale, be responsible for talent pipeline and capability building up.
- Managing the HC and budget for local team, make sure a smooth operations and local compliance,
- Building up and maintain a strategic relationship with top universities, research institutions and academic communities, building an academic and industry win-win ecosystems.
- Be responsible for the technology breakthrough and the new technology landing into the real products
Business Requirements:
- Relevant experience in following research areas: CPU Architecture or micro-architecture and Design; Domain-Specific Architectures ;Heterogeneous System Architectures; Parallel Architectures and HPC or Spatial computing architecture; Memory Hierarchy and Technology; Programming model
- Experience in op-amp, bandgap, LDO,VCO, PLL, DLL, CDR, equalizer and high-speed transceiver designs.
- Research and Development of algorithms and signal processing for smart and seamless positioning systems, covering both GNSS and indoor positioning technologies.
- Familiar with CMOS circuit design knowledge will be advantageous
- Has experiences in managing the type-out and product timeline
- Experiences in managing large scale of the R&D organization
Qualifications：
- B.S degree and above in Electrical Engineering or Electronic Information Engineering
- Minimum 8 years of Semiconductor R&D Management working experience .
- An effective communicator, able to provide excellent leadership and motivation for the team.
- Highly motivated, able to work independently and demonstrates strong analytical and communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and creative skills with ability to multitask in a demanding and fast paced environment.
