Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for quantity take-off and cost estimation of tenders / projects
- Prepare tender submission
- Prepare subcontractor contract
- Sourcing, evaluate and negotiate with specialists, suppliers and subcontractors
- Prepare and follow up monthly progress claims in timely manner
- Finalize project accounts with clients and subcontractors
- Any other tasks as assigned by superior
Requirements:
- Diploma/ Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
- Minimum 3-5 years of working experience as a Quantity Surveyor
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel etc
- Salary range $ 3,500 - $ 6,000
- Location: Tuas - Company Transport Provided
