Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect for potential retail tenants through market research, networking and outreach
- Negotiate lease terms for new leases and renewals
- Finalise lease agreements and other leasing-related documentation
- Conduct competitive market research and analysis to understand current trends in the retail and property industries
- Liaise with tenants and building occupants on leasing and tenancy related matters
Requirements:
- Diploma in Real Estate, Business or any other relevant disciplines
- Preferably with 3 years of experience in retail or commercial leasing
- Good negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply for entry role
