HR Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment and Onboarding:

  • Coordinate and conduct recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and integration into the company culture.

2. Employee Relations:

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns, providing guidance and resolution on HR-related issues.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of employee engagement and retention strategies.

3. Performance Management:

  • Support the performance appraisal process, including setting performance objectives and conducting evaluations.
  • Provide feedback and coaching to employees and managers to address performance issues.

4. Training and Development:

  • Identify training needs and assist in the organization of training programs and workshops.
  • Support career development initiatives and succession planning.

5. Compliance and Record-Keeping:

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, including personal information, employment history, and training.

6. HR Administration:

  • Prepare and manage HR documentation, including employment contracts, policy updates, and employee handbooks.
  • Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.

7. Data and Reporting:

  • Generate and analyze HR reports and metrics to inform decision-making and improve HR processes.
  • Maintain HR databases and ensure data integrity.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 2+ years of experience in a similar HR role.

• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Experience with HR software (e.g. WhyzeHR) is a plus.

Skills:

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

• Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
