We are recognized as the market leader in the medical rehabilitation equipment industry and we supply medical products to government and private hospitals such as Tan Tock Seng, Singapore General Hospital and Parkway Pantai


We are looking for a highly energetic and motivated individual who can work independently, take initiatives in him/her work and is willing to grow together with our Lifeline family.


Responsiblities and Duties

  1. Liaise with forwarders to obtain freight quotes and monitor incoming containers status
  2. Perform goods receiving and deliveries order
  3. Issuance of Purchasing Orders.
  4. Liaising with external vendors and suppliers on purchasing of medical equipements and items.
  5. Manage supplier invoice data entry and filing
  6. Conduct regular audits on work processes
  7. Adhoc admin duties assigned by Procurement Manager

Job Requirments


NITEC or Diploma of any field

Possess at least 1-2 years of working experience in procurement

Knowledge of Incoterms, import and export procedures for air, sea and land transport is preferred.

Positive and good interpersonal skills

Team player and good time management skills

Hardworking and willing to learn

Able to work in fast pace environment and start work at short notice.

Able to converse in English and Mandarin will be an advantage (to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients)

Only Singaporean and Singaporean PR need to apply


Working Hours


Monday - Friday, 830am to 6pm

Nearest MRT - Toa Payoh Station
