Responsibilities
- Accounts Payable: Process invoices, manage vendor relationships, and disburse payments.
- Accounts Receivable: Process customer invoices and monitor outstanding balances.
- Financial Closing: Participate in month-end closing procedures, including reconciliations and reporting.
- GST Compliance: Prepare and submit GST reports, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Financial Analysis: Assist with audits, cost analysis, and other financial projects.
- Administrative Support: Handle various administrative tasks, including claims verification, insurance matters, and general office support.
Requirements
- More than 2 years of working experience in accounting functions
- Diploma in Accounting
- Experience in SAP accounting system will be an added advanatage
