Responsibilities:
· Sourcing for local and overseas materials and suppliers based on price, availability, necessity, quality and logistic expenses for design stage and construction stage.
· Obtaining suppliers quotations required for Tender projects and confirmed projects.
· Issuance of Purchase Order.
· Liaising with delivery and do warehousing to ensure that goods are received on time and inspecting purchased products upon delivery to ensure good quality.
· Monitoring inventory and keeping track of all the purchased and in-stock products.
· Collaborating with various internal departments to ensure customer requests are fulfilled.
· Support QS Team during Tender Stage.
Requirements:
- Knowledge in Interior and Construction industry
- Basic communications and Strong analytical skills
- At least 1 year of relevant experience
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
